I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had very comfortable beds with a sunny balcony. The service was exceptional, with the reception desk being very helpful and offering dry cleaning, laundry, and tours assistance. The location was perfect, being in the center of Lausanne, close to the train station, and in a quiet street. The dining experience with included cream cakes was delightful, and the facilities provided added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.
